I am not sure that I want to join the Republic for the united States of America.  What other choices do I have?

You have three choices:
  • Stay a 14th amendment citizen, go to the voting booths and pray (or hope) that the de facto will someday change
  • Join “The Republic of the united States of America” and get involved.  However, it is a foregone conclusion that you could move the will of the “People” away from Christian principles.
  • Start your own nation, make your own declarations of sovereignty, freedom, etc.  You have the unalienable right of your Creator to do that, after all He gave you the same free will He gave all men.

Where did the definition of "Republic" found in the paperwork come from? James Madison’s studies of the greatest republics in history.  Based on the definition of "Republic" are you certain "Republic" is concept we ought to be using?

Republic as instituted by the initial intent of James Madison and the original framers is what we are moving back to.  If in the course of moving ahead, the people wish something different, the Constitution can be amended.

Based on the understanding of "Constitution" are we certain that a constitution is the proper instrument to use?  Wouldn't the more appropriate instrument be "Articles of Confederation"?

It is done.  If the Constitution requires amendment that can be accomplished through amendment.

How can the Republic for the United States have officers without a "national" election, i.e., an election in which essentially all people in all states voted?

In the early days of our Republic there were at the time of voting approximately 2000 people in it.  Nearly all voted, 70% or more which is about 54% more than votes in the UNITED STATES CORPORATION.  So you see, we did have a national election.  14th amendment citizens are not a party to the restored “Republic of the united States of America”

How can states (Republics) be inside the Republic for the united States of America (supposedly a country)?

The UNITED STATES CORPORATION only has jurisdiction inside the District of Columbia and a few other territories and not any of our Republic States.

The plan to re-inhabit the Republic reclaimed the de jure institutions of government of the fifty free States (former Republic) in order to restore common law that represents the voice of the people, and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law.  Restore America Plan's concept was to reform the states.  Does your plan intend to do that or are you forming new states (in the same sense that you formed the Republic for the uSA)?

No, reform was offered, they were not interested.  In admiralty law, once they did not follow the lawful orders to “reform”, i.e., you have the right to seek alternative remedy.  We used the Restored Republic and the constructs that we have built and are building to accomplish this.  If at some time in the future if the de facto government fails, and that seems certain, we will have the construct available to invite them into the de jure form of government.  They would have to denounce the corporation and all ties to the Crown, Vatican, etc.  Plus an added bonus, BAR’ed attorneys cannot hold public office.

How can I sign the documentation without joining something that resembles a Christian coalition?

You do not have to sign.  However, understand that the overwhelming majority of the movement is in fact Christian.  I am aware that some that are involved are having problems with prayer, etc but even they concede that “all law” can be traced back to the Bible.  Therefore, if this nation recognizes that God commanded such things as; “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, and that government only has 2 jobs, “protect the people”, and “come down hard on those that would in any way harm the people; then we are starting off with some good constructs.  Further, if man would adhere to the Ten Commandments then we wouldn’t have such an oppressive government or bankers.  The founding fathers and the documents they created were, “in fact”, not speculation but based on God’s law.  The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are full of references and understanding straight from the Bible.
